Auditions for Grades 9–12
Auditions for students entering grades 9–12 will be held in person at FLCT. Audition slots begin at 12:30 p.m. Additional audition times may be added as needed.

Failure to sign up for an audition slot and complete the audition application may result in the forfeiture of your audition opportunity.
If you are unable to attend in person but wish to audition by video submission or request an alternate in-person audition time, please email sean@flctstar.org for instructions.
Callbacks, if needed, will be by invitation only on Tuesday, August 18, at 6:00 p.m.
Eighth Grade Auditions
Students entering 8th grade may audition by video submission only. Please prepare the required audition material as instructed and email sean@flctstar.org to receive submission instructions.
Please note that the role of Louise/Boy may be cast with an actor in 8th grade or younger. Most other ensemble roles will likely be cast with high school students. Please submit an audition with the understanding that casting opportunities for younger performers are limited.
Faelune is our 2027 Circus Production which will include performers from our performance level troupes. If you are not cast this time, you may be invited to join a Circus Skills class which will focus on skill building and performance technique in all things circus.
General Audition Information: Audition Dates: August 24th, 2026
Open To Grades 2-12
Performances are February 12, 13, 14 at FLCT
Audition Requirements:
The audition process takes the entire 2 hour block. Please plan to arrive on time and stay the entire time.
Prepare to participate in activities to showcase strength, flexibility, gymnastics and acrobatic skills, choreography, and acting. All auditioners must fill out a health and release form Health & Release Form – Florida Children’s Theatre
Please come prepared to move… in all directions. All auditioners should wear snug athletic wear that won’t slip and slide around (leotards and leggings preferable).
Walk-ups without a submitted application/reserved audition time will only be seen if time permits.
