General Audition Information:
Auditions are open to grades 2-12
Instructions:
Song
Prepare 16–32 bars (about 1 minute) of a song from any musical theatre show.
Please do not sing a song from How to Train Your Dragon.
Choose a song that you enjoy singing and that gives you a chance to show your personality and acting skills. Remember, we want you to act the song, not just sing it!
Please sing with a non-vocal/karaoke accompaniment track. Your track should have music only—no lead singer.
Monologue
Prepare a monologue that is 1 minute or shorter.
Choose something you understand, connect with, and have fun performing!
Audition Date:
Auditions for grades 2-12 will held in person, Thursday, September 17th at FLCT. Audition slots are between 5pm-9pm. (Additional times may be added, as needed)
