If you are applying for classes/productions thru the end of May 31, 2026, we need the first two pages of your 2024 tax return (1040). If you are applying for any 2026 summer camp program, we need the first two pages of your 2025 tax return (1040). The child’s name you are applying for must be listed on the tax return,
